you play very well..technically great. One comment for improvement I would say is to 'feel' the daf better by holding it more comfortably..loosen up the arms a little and let it rest in your hands. This will make your posture less tense.

i'v watched some Iranian playing the "Daf" they're magnificent.
BTW this is hard lesson would be if the start is just like this.

کار شما خیلی اشتباهه که ویدئو این آقا(بهزاد مردانی} رو آپلود کردی اینجا. من کتاب و ویدئو آموزش دف این آقا رو خریدم خیلی مفیده و از اول توضیح میده حتی اینکه چه جوری دف رو تو دست بگیری و من حتی نیم ساعت هم کلاس نرفتم اما تونستم با این درس ها یار بگیرم. این اقا هم امید داره به فروش کتاب و ویدئو هاش این منصفانه نیست که شما اونا رو اپلود کنید دوست عزیز.
