Black Magic Snare Drum

Here is a short video of me test recording my new Ludwig Black Magic snare drum. It's the 8x14" model and it's a beast! As you can hear it sounds amazing. I'm using the stock resonant head with an Evans ST Dry batter head. The rest of the kit consists of a Gretsch Renown maple in cherry burst finish with 9x12 and 14x14 toms and a 22x18 kick drum. All have Evans heads on them, clear G2's on toms and clear GMAD on kick.

Dude that snare made me Jizz! What a big huge fat snappy sound. I watched many of your other videos and it's nice to find a drummer with actual soul when they play.
