A guy at a restaurant had what looked like a crowbar in his hand. He allegedly broke some windows with the weapon and the cops were called.The guy was then tasered and he kept standing.According to the video the guy appeared to raise the weapon toward the cops and was shot multiple times outside of the Monterey Park restaurant carl jr.He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

When he did not, they fired a Taser at him, which had little effect. The suspect then turned toward two officers with the tool. What would you do? The K9 officer saw the suspect pose imminent physical threat to his partners and police protocol states that you empty your clip. You don't shoot once or aim for the hand.
