  • whats the name of that song

  • Its a remix of a song off of the video game "Mirrors Edge"

  • CHERRY DIS IS FUKUN COOL...FUK ya

  • fuk yea buddy!

  • I LOVE this car! However, I fear that it might be another GM car where the concept car blows people away & only about 10 percent of the ideas make it into the production car. Appearing in transformers makes me hopeful but I'll wait & see what actually shows up at the dealer.

  • Yea that's what I am thinking also.

  • nice car, awfull song

  • i hope its not the same corvette ugly interior... and is it made of plastic? (Same old corvette) XD

  • Amazing!

  • -- 'err ... the rest of the telling imagery's pictorial access string:

  • @cherrynutz: Thanks for the email -- in a word -- sophomoric -- 'err ... ghetto-flight -- it's as if some homey attempted to "make a cool car". Instead, what needs to be done is a software incremental melding aka MORPH APP's melding of the three cars depicted in this stellar ULTRA Mako'land imagery (with a 15% '53 overlay): 1961 Chevrolet Corvette Mako Shark I XP-755 and the two cars, one on each side of it (clipped); see: conceptcarz online, and view photo: 618231,1865,0,0

  • Dear "it wears a big Plastic Grin" -- I really tried, internally, to MAKE-UP some rationale to like it; but, as your commentary so tersely airs it -- it amounts to an impotent old-fart's last ditch effort at vitality; it's hideous: the ho left the hotel without bothering to get paid ... in a huff! LOL. Let's hope they melt it down, and resort to using Auto-CAD | Auto-DESK, rendering composite/morphed "best features" of '53-'76 versions, with added head and leg room: QUIET the engine

  • @CarCriticAssessor Thanks for sharing your opinion and stopping by! Yea I agree its a bit ugly. I am at least happy that they are thinking of bringing the stingray back. I hope they come up with a better looking version! I heard the engine in this concept is supposed to be high horsepower and great gas mileage but we shall see if Chevy makes it for sale to the general public.

  • I am a corvette nut and I love this car and if GM is going to attract younger buyers then a route like this is what is needed. Sadly corvette has become a " granny sports car". The average age of purchase is 50 and not because of the price b/c there are young buyers who will spend $50 grand on a car but corvette is not as hip as it once was. In 1972 the average age of a corvette buyer was 26. Hopefully if something like this makes it then corvette will become "hip" again...

  • I WANT THAT CAR!!!
