that's a scary though, can you imagine if some one whom was actually stable hijacked a tank? not a basket case like this guy, but an actual psycho or a few. If a mentally ill crazy could grab a tank even back then, who's so say gang thugs wouldn't try it? scary though as they would likely open fire if there's any shells inside.
