Here's what my dad told me: Eat a ton of berries! It works! Just go get a raspberry smoothie or sumthin'. And lots of water! And exercise. Walk it out.

There's a method on the side of epsom salt packages, that stuff you use to relax muscles in the bath, that helps you...well, you know...easier.
Also, a meal comprised of nothing but raw fruits and vegetables, plenty of water and cranberry juice on a previously empty stomach might help that.

Def. drink tons of water, and you can try this too -
My Gastroentorologist (sp?) put me on something called Align. You can get it at most drug stores. A month supply runs you about $30, but there are coupons sometimes in the Sunday papers (here, anyway).

a huge glass of water first thing in the morning def works for me! im a 2-3x/wk myself and water helps

i have to eat a fiber one bar every day for like 5 days before anything changes.. my guts must be slow ^_^

1 not more! 1 exlax at an hour before bed. when you wake up the issue will start to "work itself out". You might even want to cut it in half because for me, one does the job quite thoughroughly... (spelling fail?)
I have very sensitive and f'ed up digestion though.... it just doesnt work very well.

Fiber vitamins! Get them at ur local vitamin shop if u have anymore problems!! My digestive problem was massive I was sick for about two months and lost about thirty lbs during that time but it was HELL. I had to do a digestive cleanse. But damn those vitamins help!

I have been there, and honestly the best thing for me has been eating LOTS of vegetables, especially spinach. Fresh baby spinach has been my savior. Also, I suggest eating higher fiber grains, avoid white, bleached, processed grains and stick to whole grains.
