Watch the second half of Steve's day and see what crazy routines he has.

  • What a waste of intelligent life.

  • @deelong4002

except steve greer is the starting linebacker at the University of Virginia.... thats DI.....

  • muscle milk is for babies. cyto is for real men

  • ME Lowe, ME upper, DE lower, DE upper, plus prowler and sleep and food= being a strong mofo. I mean come on this is why I hate going to public gyms, seeing a bunch of football players doing a bodybuilding split, chest and triceps, back and biceps, will it get you bigger yes, stronger probably, but its all about good vs. better, but at least they're doing something I guess.

  • I take it this isnt real? This guy isnt in very good shape at all. I'd say mediocre low division college player at best.

  • @SpiritMolecule1 i have no idea what that is. I have a fast metabolisim and in peak season I train 11 times a week. My sport incorporates strenght and fitness at the same time which is why I have some size and low body fat

  • @AxelPRC 7% bodyfat? do you use clenbuterol?

  • I hope he has only been lifting for a year or less... if not he might want to reconsider his goals... or take growth hormone/testosterone because he is not going to make it. He is dedicating his life to it (evening eating raw eggs which does not for you except put you at risk for food poisoning) which is very admirable though.

  • @johosaphat0724

Not necessary true. For my first powerlifting contest, I trained twice a day (ie say quads in the morning only in the morning, and then ham, calves, abbs at evening) and I broke a state record for the heaviest raw deadlift for anyone below 25 years old. All depends if one has time and good planning. So there are exceptions to your statement.

  • for lifting since he was 10 and taking it soo seriously he isnt really that big. I dont do weights at all and im 210 and 6ft 3 with 7% fat. He takes it seriously and is 225 and 6ft 2 with obviously a bit more fat
