This is just before 4am- on 103rd Street just west of Wornall in South KC-MO..

More than 8-inches of rain had fallen upstream on the Tomahawk Creek watershed.

Now this water was feeding into Indian Creek- shown running onto 103rd Street.

Witnesses said this was the highest water level here since the October 4-5- 1998 Flood.
