Final Push of my TACFIT Field Instructor Certification prep. The TACFIT 6-A-Day isn't required for the cert, and isn't recommended if you've never completed a Hard Responsible Push.
Pipes/Rebar elicit a very different training effect from Clubbells. This is not to say that you can't get in a "good workout" with pipes/rebar, but If you're going to follow TACFIT or any other CST material that utilizes CB training, you're best served to use the authentic CB.
