The guy dying in the ER has nothing to do with the system. It has to do with criminal negligence. It's the responsibility of certain hospital employees to check the ER waiting rooms. These employees failed to do their job and deserve to be charged.

Nothing is free. Freedom or health care. Someone is going to pay something. You call it corp greedy cap. Maybe. But something that has escaped is PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!
