The Mission of CCHC is to provide limited health care services including primary care, acute episodic and chronic disease medical care to uninsured, low-income adults, living in Mecklenburg County, NC, who lack access to care. Service is provided through a culturally diverse, volunteer-based organization with emphasis on education, training and community outreach.
