Bought this recording a couple months ago. These basses are GODS among men. Seriously. On no other album have I heard C's, B's, Bb's so present, rich, clear. Gah. This album was a truly awesome discovery for me. Grechaninov's music is so incredible and how great to have 2 of the greatest choirs today to bring these works to life. Bravo! I hope to audition for the KCC someday =D

These tracks are all sung not just by the KCC, but also by the equally excellent Phoenix Bach Choir (now the Phoenix Chorale). Each choir is 24 voices.
