This is the Kapha posture sequence outlined on page 181 in THE GURU IN YOU by Yogi Cameron Alborzian.
This sequence is intended to help balance the earth energy in the body and mind.
Though the following sequence lasts approximately 7 minutes, it is recommended to stay in each posture as long as is necessary to enjoy the benefits. This may take upwards of 20 or 30 minutes as you grow into the postures over time.
