Type R came out for accord in 1997 and the type R FOR HONDA are for 1991-1993 honda integra and I knoe you thinkin no it not honda integra it acura integra well honda made one for there edition the rest of the honda are mostly vtech only 1997 accord and honda integra are type R

The Euro-r's are Jap only, not available in Europe.
Europe gets the Accord Type-r 98-02 with the H22A7 engine.

You're right about the Type R not being introduced in 1994, however there were two generations of Accord Euro R's (not Type R) There was the CL1 and CL7, both available only in Europe and Japan (never available in the States, so there was no "American version"). Neither were coupes; they were both 4dr sedans and had either a variant of the H22a Prelude Type S engine, or the K20A, the engine that is used in the current Civic Type R and Integra Type R.

The Type-r brand wasn't even introduced in 1994. The only Accord to wear a Type-r badge is the CL7 available in Europe between 98-02.
