Here is another super-passionate show about raw food, health and how to thrive on all levels.
Are you looking for a pure 100% raw food message as solution?
If so, then please unscribe and watch other youtube-channels.
I am not gonna support a message that is adding up on guilt, shame and self-destructive behaviour, because I create a picture that is so far away from all the people watching, that almost everybody fails to live up to this high standard of being this kind of purist.
You may be able to go on 100% - like I did for many years - but either way you become obsessed with food, unhappy or you start to cheat and lie to yourself down the road.
Does not have to be, but I have seen it too often to ignore it.
That's not my message.
i want you to become more healthy.
I want you to set goals that are realistic and that are so clos to your real situation, that you can reach them.
This is what I stand for.

Take it or leave it.
I love you and support you to love yourself

  • what's wrong with drinking coffee in your opinion? i drink it every day, that's why im asking why you said that, thanks

  • @K3ys3rS0ze Coffee in my opinion is a strong drug. It not only does affect your whole nervous system, your blood pressure and your energy level to a huge degree, it also is addictive.

I've been drinking coffee daily for many years, so I know what I am talking about. Feel sooooooooooooo much better without it!!

If you think it is not true, I invite you to NOT drink ANY coffee for a month and be honest to yourself how you feel without this drug in your system. Please share with me after a month!

  • Your message is smart, because more people will become more raw and more healthy than if you promote strict adherence to 100% raw. I went 100% raw when I first went vegan in sept 2010. It was not sustainable for me but doing that for 1 month made me enjoy a vegan diet much more. Now, I am on the path to slowly increasing the amount of raw food. Each food that I eat that is cooked, I am slowly finding ways to do it raw.

  • @rawfoodfamilylife And why not talk about the properties that have good coffee, as the antioxidants!

  • Thank you for this video. Going raw 100% is really hard and guilt destroys people. Guilt has taken more of a toll on my health than failing on my diet. Thank you for common sense messages.

  • @K3ys3rS0ze he didn't say anything was necessarily wrong with coffee but he did point out some facts about caffeine (the active ingredient in coffee). It is a drug; its does effect your nervous system and it is addictive. like any other drug, if you take it every day, your body will adapt and build a tolerance to it and you may see a decrease in response. Therefore, your body will need to "detox". if you suffer side effects from caffeine, it is worth considering not drinking any for a while...

  • I like to listen to Ka Sundance because he tells the truth. He is not on an ego trip like so many other teachers. He want's everyone to succeed and the way to do that is to take each day and make it great and to improve yourself holistically a little bit at a time. It's not a race! There are so many other things to address besides diet. Massage, breathing, emotional issues, sexual understanding & relationships, science, spirituality, herbs, astrology, physics, exercise, yoga, environment...

  • @rawfoodfamilylife Also coffee is acidic which only adds to the very acidic standard North American diet. This doesn't help any either.

  • @hipsociety Ok go ahead cut fruit out of your diet then hahaha

    =O

  • @SpecialPioneerSmerf The sugar in your fruit smoothie is a stimulant that has next to no nutritional or health benefits.

  • @hipsociety and there are many ways of decreasing your potential likelihood of "type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and dementia, certain cancers, heart rhythm problems, and strokes", without the use of drugs and stimulants ie: coffee. But if your dead set on it, go for it man.

  • @SpecialPioneerSmerf I respect that, however, I think I would much rather drink coffee and potentially decrease my likelihood of type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and dementia, certain cancers, heart rhythm problems, and strokes. I drink my green and fruit smoothies throughout the day, so I have all the bases covered.
