At the 1:50 suture, the Doctor sutured her own glove, perforating it, and not changing the glove afterwards leaving herself open to blood-born pathogens such as Hepatitis C or HIV, which are, as you know, fatal. You can clearly hear the snapping when the suture breaks the glove and it does not sound like Hemostat clipping. Hopefully I hallucinated and it's her Hemostats, although I doubt it. She also touched the roll of tape with her bloody glove, then with her bare hand; Cross-contamination.
