@just2w4tch no actually america lost seeing how the north ignored the most important 2 documents ever created for this country 'THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION' which influenced another document that took its place you might know it "THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION" cause technicly and historicly speaking the south abided by both documents while the north clearly ignored it on many things

@confederateoutl Being born in the south but raised in the north somehow I could always FEEL IT in my bones. I was born in Fordyce,Ark. My dad was from that area and you could feel the cajun in his voice (even though he wasn't). My mom was from Parthenon,Arkansas (near Harrison) I always wondered why songs like The Weight and Up on Cripple Creek really touched me. Then I found out Levon Helm is from Arkansas.

When you clear away the "winner writes the history" bias, and dig, and study, it becomes readily apparent how diffuse and ill-circumscribed were the legal and ethical basis behind each side. NORTH? SOUTH? My sympaties lie with the SOUTH when reading such histories to compensate for the inherent bias, but I cannot say whether the other outcome would have proven more or less favorable long-term. No American superpower, true. What would have become of the South on its conquest through Mexico?
