Pole clips 2008 May

Some of the things I learnt recently.

still can't go into iguana without a jump.
and.........really want to dismount from headstand and handstand in a very controlled way . (that's why you see I am trying to dismount it that way)

and really wish to go into candlestick without touching the pole..............................

hey sweetie, i got VERY lucky in one day to get that but i got the pole here at my home so i got an advantage BUT u r wonderful and super strong and i KNOW u'll get that w/o the legs QUICK if not already, i would never have tried again w/o ur help so u are a teacher now..well done:)
