Getting into a Tuk Tuk and witnessing a minor/small accident in Rajisthan State, India

Here we're getting into a "tuk tuk" (three wheeled taxi vehicle) for a routine ride. Despite what appears to be chaos on the streets we witnessed very few accidents considering the tens of thousands of vehicles that passed our way throughout or visit. In this case a regular car ran over the foot of a small boy near us. There must not have been a permanent injury as both parties departed the scene without incident...
