There was never an official video for this awesome number 1 from 1979 so I decided to put some images to it with the help of movie maker. It's not brilliant but it's my first attempt and if it puts Numan in the limelight again via this place then I'm all up for sharing it with you. I never thought that a simple, sparse video like this created by someone that hasn't really got a clue about making videos (me) would get such a good reaction and over half a million views. Please check out my other videos. I am still learning how to do it properly and my intention is to re-do this at some point in the future. Thanks for watching.

  • Can someone tell me, if i lived in the UK in early 79'. This song was completly different, was it the song that all the 'cool kids' listen to. Was it just an ordinary pop/rock song, would you get laughed at for owning it? Was it a guilty pleasure???

  • 104 peaple neet a electric share

  • the IT crowd theme? ;)

  • This is awesome..my son found this video for me to watch..I love it ..those were the days..:)

  • 104 numptys are not electric friends, this is still ultra great after 31 years is it.

  • nice job, fits very well

  • saw him in Deeside (1979),a shit hole of a place in the UK , Mancs.Scousers and boyos (welsh ) rucking amongst themselves, typical brits always fighting , and Numan is a Southern lad ... Happy memories from a nostalgic Brit ...
