sadly no , Canada can't touch the military power of even a weakened Russia , and at that point the US would be weakened and righting us off as well. Or planning there own forced take over.
I don't want to break off from the union , that is cowardly , we need to fix our nation and set it right , not run.

Don't you think Russia would think twice about invading an independent Alaska since it would certainly risk war with Canada and US.

Sadly if we suceeded from the Union, Russia would invade we have some of the largest untouched natural resources in North America
Russia has been kicken themselves in the butt over selling Alaska for over 70 years
As for crazy lady well we have a major problem here in Alaska, A large amount of enviromental nuts have moved up here from California in an attempt to lock down and seal off development of our natural resources
And they have no clue of our state history, they are fat on fed pork
