A Tribute to Carl Sagan by me, this is from the "Pale Blue Dot" audio book. I mixed it with some visuals and music from the Cosmos series, enjoy!

  • this is a dangerous video, one of the best on the whole of youtube but I feel strange every time I watch it, like someone just made my whole perspective explode...it makes me want to distance myself from all the bullshit that goes on in everyday life, the social game, norms, conventions...its all mindless and blind obedience and conformism...

  • I totally agree, and glad you enjoyed it.

  • Awesome. Just plain awesome. I've read that quote a million times but I never heard him speak it. Great video.

  • I'm glad you liked it! Put it together in a few hours with Sony Vegas.

  • @paxtonhume

yeah I know what you mean, kinda makes the iphone looks like shit, and makes you feel pathetic for arguing with someone over a parking spot :(

  • earphones!

  • Martin Luther King was definitely a teacher of morals - BAD MORALS! He was a Communist, who liked to have sex with prostitutes and beat them up. Also, he did not write his own speeches. Whoever put this video together needs to dump the Political Correctness. Just because the television says somebody was good or bad does not make it true. Do not trust the television. Do not trust me. Research for yourself and make up your own mind.

  • I don't feel this, no need of silly illustrations going during Sagan's message...

    leave this alone

  • even giving Bush the benefit of the doubt, he still represents a pretty corrupt administration. there have obviously been worse, but Bush works well enough

  • Holistic.
