Thank you, I love all the images! Some of the pictures looked like private auto museums- can you post where they're located? I've owned French cars and American cars... American cars had all sorts of problems too, 50s 60s terrible overpowered oxcart engineering, 70s terrible reliability, 80s, 90s, 00s deathly boring. The older French cars were, like other European cars, for tinkering, and not for US Freeways.

cars up until say 77 were great and built strong. After the goverment intervened then the quality went down though no fault of their own. Then poor decisions made from management was compensated by initial quality. POOR US. But there were many 80 90 and modern Amercian that would kick the crap out of these so called green cars and the so great overrated Honda. My opinion with a little fact.

I agree with you on the old cars to me the best Ameri. were the 50's n' a couple models in the 60's from the 70' on all junk the lack of competition within Detroit allowed the only3 as I call'em to put out what they please not what the people want the result is what u see now, most out of business
