You have to add Seuthe smoke oil to get the smoke effect. If you've run it a lot without oil, then the heating element might be damaged. Search 'Seuthe' and 'Hornby Spares' on Google to get suppliers for the oil and the spare smoke unit.

Yes, it looks that way doesn't it? :-) What happened was that I made it in a hurry and didn't bother putting all the stuff out. The vid was all to do with the loco and not the layout. (I also saved it using too low a resolution!)
My next one will have everything in it.
