Moultrie Camera Security Box IS A JOKE

This is a video i made a few days after 08 Bow opener. I found my cameras were gone but something about the security boxes left me even more upset. Watch this video before you make your next investment in Trailcams and accessories. TO THIS DATE moultrie has not responded to my complaint, Give your business to someone who cares about the products they sell to consumers

so if you were to drill 2 pilot holes through the top and side,run a cable through them and around the tree, or possibly run a lock through the holes or something, you don't think that could work? I'm pretty sure there would be a way somehow you could theft proof your camera box...that pretty crappy someone would do that though. makes me nervous. i have a new moultrie 6.0 and I was gonna consider this same box...but I'm not sure now

Well of course there are many other additional add-ons someone could do to the box. The whole issue is you don't really think about those when you Buy a SECURITY BOX! unfortunately those thoughts only come after you relize its a P.O.S.

Another hint besides camo tape, is hang it on a tree that's wider than the box so the outline isn't seen as easy. I bought a aftermarket security bracket on eBay for $30, so far so good. Bummer dude.

Moultrie owes you some cameras. I hope they will take this opportunity to fix the flaw in their security boxes.

It might also help to mount to a tree that someone can't cut through with a pocket saw in like 2 minutes...
