From my read of Statutory Instrument 1997 1778 its a reciprocal agreement for paying SS funds in either country for each other citizens. This wouldn't seem to be all that unique, as the US has reciprocal tax treaties with many countries including Britain and France (but not Mexico). I don't see how this document in any way implies the Queen controls the US SS system. Am I missing something in your argument?

Britain succeeded England and Scotland, as a Unity, when they were united....

1. The US is not a corporation. The definition Title 28, Part VI, Chapter 176, Subchapter A, Section 3002 (15) refers to the definition in that CHAPTER. "The United States", in lieu of spelling out a federal corporation like AMTRAK. USA =/= federal corporation.
2. You don't own the land on your deed. No shit? What, you think you your house was your own sovereign country?
