  • @Darkeh & tigerkralle: first, you should be able to do both the l-sit and handstand. Also, try pressing into a handstand from the frogstand. You can also add headstand legraises and hanging leg raises to strengthen the lower back and the core. hope that helps!

  • Very impressive! I'm getting stuck balancing at the top, I can do the l/v-sit to handstand but as soon as I straighten out, I come back down... guess I just need to work on my handstands...

  • Nice!!! I can do the l-sit, but I have no idea how to train that I can get my back up. How can I train my body to do that? Is it the lower back which has to be strengthening more or are it the abs? Keep going man!!!!;)
