really nice place, i will visit it someday.

Start in Cebu, then go to Bantayan and from there you can take a little bangka to Malapascua. Good for diving. Also try Alona Beach, Panglao and all of Bohol

Very nice boat tour around southern part of Malapascua, i really enjoy. What about the northern coast?

You cannot make the whole Philippines at one time. Too much nice and beautiful places. But i can recommend Malapascua now, because of LOW SEASON now it is not so much crowded. Have a look at "Mike & Diose´s Beach Cottage, Malapascua" Miike
