@Pentdad - You may need to lose some weight. The extra sweat and itching are medical symptoms as a result of that extra weight. Also some of that is associated with pre-diabetic or diabetic conditions or fatty liver brought on by diet rather than alcohol abuse. Check your nutrition, exercize. See a doctor.

@Pentdad - That strong oversized heart with plenty of scar tissue that would have a much higher chance of 'breaking' in a massive coronary. Once the weight would be lost, muscle mass in the heart would be lost too over time, as the heart wouldn't need to do that extra work, leaving only the scar tissue, which is a total liability as I described. Though truth be told, there ARE some crazies out there that do this.

@JCJasion Ok, hypothetical question, really test you out here... Imagine you want to become a superb athlete. Is it not a good idea to gain loads of weight and become 600 lbs + and then start training hard? Yes you would lose the weight eventually but imagine the super strong oversized heart you would have... Why do people not do this?

@Pentdad - Part 3 - it's because that person is a slob who doesn't shower regularly. Anti-crotch smell medication shouldn't be used as a crutch by these types of people. I feel, that the only type of people who would be justified in taking this medication would be people who, for medical reasons, metabolic or because of the effects of other necessary medications, sweat excessively and who become overly muscky in a much quicker time than a person of normal health.

This is highly subjective how it's perceived by different individuals but to me it's, freshly cut grass, mixed with buttermilk and a hint of Chlorox, and also a note of fresh pine sawdust.
