not all lucarios attacks deal more damage according to the damage percent. Only aura moves.

NuetralB= Aura Sphere
FB = Force Palm
DB = Double team
UB= Extreme Speed

The whole chain grab thing for DeDeDe is different from Falco's. For DeDeDe, it doesn't matter what percentage the opponent has, he can still chain grab you, EXCEPT! For a few characters. Like Fox and Falco, he can't chain grab them cuz Fox and Falco bounce upon hitting the ground. Falco on the other hand, can chain grab everybody at a low percentage, but it won't work at high percentages
