1- i f u have norton internet security 2012 uninstall it ( kaspersky and avg disable is enough)

2- install the game in the second hard drive and
and rename the folder to LaNoire

3- internet disconnected or block the 2 files lanlaNoire and LaNoire by firewall(wf.msc)

4- no need to put -str in command line for the
lanLaNoire

second way is
to dwnload this files and put them in the folder of ur game and install social club the run the game as admin

so if u install the game and it doesn't work delete all this file and keep only final folder
choose the game directory
