I tried to work the bag after a complete workout. as you can see by slightly dropping my hands/decreased handspeed I'm already exhausted.
still working on my conditioning and in the next vid, you can see improved stamina. mark my words ;)
I'm new to the sport and far away from doing well, so I train hard to get better constantly.
my left wrist is a bit damaged, so I wasn't able to deliver proper hooks.

  • hey, nice technique, i noticed when youv finished a combo your front foot comes back very close to your back foot, it leaves you unbalanced and if you got hit good in that position you could be in danger, work on moving your back leg before your front

  • damn, cought me!! well spotted! sometimes I wondered why I felt a bit off balance after throwing combinations. probably you hit the nail on the head. I try to focus more on footwork and fix that thing. thx man!!
