judges 11:30-40 Jephthah killed his young daughter (his only child) by burning her alive as a burnt sacrifice to the lord for he commanded it.

This passage is a true obscenity & it wud take a truly sick mind to justify burning a defenseless girl alive, MUCH LESS ANYONE.

In this instance the excuses christians can conjure up is as imaginative as the fairytale which they believe in.

Good luck trying to justify this.

You believe your savior is omnipotent right? In this instance u will deny this & claim that jesus had to make a choice; either save the man or the pigs.

What cud pigs be guilty of that cud have deserved this treatment? Why cud jesus, if he was truly omnipotent, not have simply destroyed the demons as it is claimed will happen in the 2nd death to those who are not saved

exodus 12:29-30 - the god of the bible earns the title of serial baby murderer.

Do you really believe it would be fair to execute babies for the crimes of adults? Sadly, you must blame someone for your god's actions or else claim the absurd, something that is not mentioned in this passage, that he would have saved all the babies.

And what of the mothers, can you really bring yourself to claim they were all deserving of having their babies murdered??
