actually it worked, i made Php 50M pesos in sales(>US$1M) if you know the percentage income on that as a property seller,you can tell how much i made and that the target was met.I have been staying in a beautiful island of Boracay as part of the perk...i endeavor to share what has happend since november in video form so it will be an encouragement to others. Gladly, I happen to have a personal relationship with God and try to enrich it by praying and reading God's word,I thank God for his favor.

@eternalywd i think using additional language makes it more interesting, besides it forces your brain to exercise a bit. too bad that the Esperanto language is not an international language, there would be no disadvantaged or handicapped among any of us.

Every paycheck put $300 in your savings...Never touch it!!! Do not shop with this money ever! This is for your future if you want to buy a home, or in case something bad happens this can be used for Emergency money.

Or just find something that works for you. :)
