@legoJmaster Actually there was a bad guy version to him. I think he was called 'Captain Pollution' or something like that. He was formed out of the villains powers. This was sometime in the second season.

The power of "Heart" is very useless if the show wasn't for kids.
Basically Ma-Ti (Heart) is able to communicate with Humans and Animals telepathically and give commands to animals.
He can also draw out the kindness of a persons emotions through empathic manipulation - only if that person still has some sort of morality within them. If they are pure evil. Ma-ti can no longer influence their emotions.
If this show wasn't so pussy - Ma-Ti can call forth a bunch a tigers to maul them to DEATH!
