@aronos I learn't on a Tv show called QI (Don't knwo if it's in America, if not watch it) and it said that the main reason for the pilgrim fathers leaving wasn't because they where being oppressed and that it's a more wanting to oppress others with there over zealous christian ideals.

@Gonzotabb well supposedly tehre is no centre, there is no way to knwo currently but one major theory is that the universe is liek teh skin of a balloon and it grows by being "inflated" and taht's why all other galaxies are moving away, supposedly.

@jawsweaver You have to exercises that gray matter a little bit or it gets soft. Saying you don't know these things because you haven't heard them since school just shows laziness. Why do people think that learning just stops after school? That attitude is the reason why our education sucks, people think because they are born star spangled awesome they won't have to educate themselves to become an intelligent person.

@Res028 yes your so right, we are a country founded on wanting money/gold. The reason we seperated from England wasn't freedom of speech and religion or such. No we were tired of sending the money and gold to the king. The founding fathers wanted it for themselves. I mean seriously in the declaration it even states no taxation without repersentation. IE: We dont get a say in the money we get. I understand our history perfectly and in all seriousness, I'd rather forget it.

When was the last time I cared what the original colonies are. Your son knows it because he just learned it. When was the last time anyone whos no longer it school even gave it a thought till now.
