Velvety and smooth, dark and delicious. Inexpensive too. Hooray. Not fair me judging this though because I love most stouts. Being a stout drinker has certainly made me a stout drinker. Oh what a bad play on words. Murphys have lived in the huge shadow cast by Guinness, and its easy to see why because there are many similarities. Despite my mistakes in referring to it as Guinness though, it is a legend itself. Slightly fruity, coffee, nutty and biscuity in flavour its real charm is in that sensual silky mouth and stomach feel. Lovely.

  • I'm a very big fan of this Murphy's and I think you totally nailed it. I'm watching as long as you're posting. Keep it up good sir.

    forever drinking

    Cartoon

  • @MrJiminyfingers Cheers Cartoon. (Great name by the way).

  • Like your review. You seem like the kind of guy I would hang out with. Cheers!

  • @fathermulcahyisrad Thank you mate. I'm always on here. Pick a beer, drink it with me, leave a comment and I'll always answer. I do the same on friend reviewers channels. If I'm drinking a beer I've already reviewed, I drink it whilst watching anothers review. Like a world wide beer social club.

    CHEERS!!

    SLAINTE!!

  • best beer hands down!

  • @ojdrinkz Sorry to have only just answer you my friend. The comment disappeared in the backlog.

It is a lovely beer though. On tap you get a bit more nuttiness, and it's smoother. Shame it's not in more pubs.

  • @BeerGogglesReviews Haha, as long as she's happy, you're happy.

  • @dellboy177 Thanks mate. I try. The Mrs says I'm very trying. Glad she notices. LOL

  • It's ''Slainte!'' probably pronounced ''Slawn-cha'' haha, fair play for giving it a go, though.

  • @90talisten You have to mix the two drinks together. It's very nice cold though.
