  • A mysterious voyage ..in one of those magnificent sailing ships dreaming to the mezmorizing music.. My dream ... Here with the help of João Batista Castagneto Marine Artist and Eduardo de Martinowich, who was not only a great marine Artist that the last emperor of Brazil, Pedro II, commissioned him to paint battles from the on-going war with Paraguay he also trained at the Royal Naval College in Naples ! I felt safe ! and arrived to the magic shores of Brazil . thank you !!

  • @opensecret51 Bravo! Thanks for the interest and I must say you really nailed this one!

It is the same for me; Both painters project that mysterious quality I felt when I read "Mysterious Island"

by Jules Verne for the first time. I'm glad you liked the clip. By the way you probably ran out of room to mention it, Eduardo's patrons also included Kaiser Willhelm II, Tsar Nicholas II, the King of Portugal, and Queen Victoria! Wow!
