XXXVR shows a simple DIY Encoder Counter DAC prototype to be developed for his motion platforms. Parts are easily obtainable from any electronic store. Thanks to Ben for his help with the circuit design.

  • @marcuskeeler Simple...agreed, not so much....It became difficult from the point of firstly sourcing a UJ, cutting it....my understanding is that it's high tensile. IE: very ard to cut and then weld on some mounting brackets.

  • Wow dude thats pretty cool!! I'm learning DAC at school and this was pretty informative. Thanks for the post

  • i am very impressed, just was wandering, what do yo do for a living

  • At what point in this project do you feel the word 'simple' became redundant ?

Personally I think it was straight after you fixed the UJ to the MDF board. LOL
