Just to help a little more: (on Windows)
Duplicate: Ctrl + D;
Show Position, Scale, Opacity or Anchor Point values: Select layer then hit P, S, O or A (respectively);
Ease-ease keyframes: Select them hit F9;
RAM Preview: 0 (Numpad)

Wouldn't it be easier do just precompose the diamond for the reflection? And then just duplicate and flip the precomp? ;)
