why have I never heard of Peter Norman? I love athletics and I'm Australian.
NO ONE has run faster in this country yet.
I think Peter Norman definitely deserved more credit than he got during all this , because whereas Smith and Carlos were protesting what was goin' on in their own country, Norman, as a foreigner, stood in solidarity with them wearing the same patchthat Smith and Carlos were wearing. I think that was brave on his part
