@MoneyWarturz If you really want to this to wok in child support you need to get yourself a different type of status from a resident/citizen to a SPC (Secure Party Creditor) with a NAP POAG (Non Adverse Party Power Of Attorney General) this gets you to be untouchable because you aren't in the commercial arena but in private. Then you need to get your case closed and get anything in the rear paid off through A4V (Acceptance For Value) or using the CAFR's.If you want to know more send private msg

It's not about bonds, it's about force. It's about either you volunteer to be compelled, or you reserve your rights.

My question is, if you don't go to court than you have a warrant for your arrest how can you overcome that?

This is absolutely true. It's all about the bonds. The appearance bonds, performance bonds, miller act bonds. The judge acts a beneficiary and prosecutor acts as a trustee to steal the bonds. There are no real laws in America. Statues, Codes, Violations has no author like the Constitution. There are no Article III Courts in America they are all private corporations. Go to Dunns & Bradstreet they are all trading stocks and bonds.
