It is what it is, it aint what it isnt.
Innocence isnt lost its beaten into submission.
Reality is crafted by perception bent and molded to emotion, passion and repetition. The avoidance of pain and desire of pleasure are the engine of Pavlovs human drooling for comfort.

Suffering is the natural state of humanity and the fuel of ambition. Peace through adversity, the pleasurable pain of warring contentment. Reason contemplating the logical greed of need.
Naiveté stumps its toe and lashes out in deadly lessons of mortality. Such is the schooling of the spirit, the wizening of ignorance.

Judgment is skewed by bias of love, by the hatred of boredom.
Without death there would be no reason to live, no rush for pleasure, no pain worth enduring. This sublime torture is life, time expanded and vibrating, it thins with age and snaps with an exhale of breath. Peace is a carrot on a stick, a poisonous aspiration where clever rabbits succumb to endings and wizened ignorance carrys on.

Curiosity kills cats and sharpens souls, mankind is fed on the nutrition of doubt. Bricks of knowledge build foundations of subjective chaos glued together by the perception of conscience .
This pyramid of reality And we stand atop of our dead ancestors dreams playing the same different drums with our bones of discontent. Arrogant wizened ignorance chaffing at the adversity of the living and the peace of the dead.

Poetry is said to be the ability to condense a dozen sentences into just a few words.

The 'Beat-Poets' were probably the finest examples of that, with Kerouac and later Ginsberg being good examples.

I think it was Winston Churchill that said "If you're not liberal while you you have no heart, If you're not conservative when older you have no brain."

I am not married to any Ideology conservative or liberal, though I lean heavily libertarian. I like to think I am my own man. :-)
