I live in Canada. If you live in the USA then you should know that you, too, live in a socialist country...you pay taxes, you get services. It's a Socialist democracy..or at least is under the guise of a democracy.

Why do you focus on money when you should be looking at things like HR 875 or Obama working towards martial law, an end to militias, and mandatory service work when he could much easier make VOTING mandatory. Australia does it. Their people are glad to have it.
