Taken from Episode 15 of Season 6 (1982-1983)
My uncle Jack is a Mountie, an uptight, do-rightin' cat
He rides on a horse through the county, with his cute little pointed hat
He got guns, he got spurs, he got coats made of fur
And there ain't nothin' that he can't do
He got microphones in all of your homes
He got a letter opener in his shoe
Well I remember the day that he signed up
Everyone was full of pride
He got his tunic and his leather boots all shined up
And tickets for the Musical Ride
They gave him funny pants and a haircut
Wow, we thought he'd catch his death of cold
But with one hand on his pistol and the other on his whis-tle
Every night he goes out on patrol
Cause my uncle Jack is a Mountie, he's out there gettin' his man
He rides on a horse through the county, upholdin' peace in the land
He may rob you or cheat you, or torture or beat you
Or he may even spy on your ma
A Mountie at times must commit several crimes
To keep you from breakin' the law
But my uncle Jack is a Mountie, he's keepin' up with the times
Sometimes he offers a bounty to crack those unsolvable crimes
He's still takin' a stand, he's still gettin' his man
His total convictions are high
He puts them away, sayin', "Crime doesn't pay!"
And gets the best confessions money can buy!
Super video!
