If you want to lose the weight you have to do 5 miles 3 times a week like Im doing in this video.

  • wow thats a lot of calories burned! Wish I had an elliptical machine! Although it probably would meet the same demise as my treadmill(electronic clothes hanger)!

  • If you walk on the tredmill 15 incline and 4.5 mph you burn around 1000 cals in an hour

  • elipitical machines are the best bro! they work both upper and lower body unlike the treadmill. Keep your heart rate in the targeted zone and you will melt the fat away. keep up the good work man.
