How do you interpret the Bible?

Of course, the best biblical interpretation is done in community, so I'd love to hear/read what you think about biblical interpretation and this series.

  • I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.

  • @MrZetterlund777 Wow. Thank you MrZetterlund. That means a lot to me.

  • i've been watching a number of your youtube offerings and i'm intrigued by your approach. Have you ever done anything telling us about your personal journey to where you are at right now? Also, have you read Rosenstock-Huessy?

On a different but related note do you accept speaking engagements, and do you have your own website with further information?

  • Thanks so much for the comment! I haven't read Rosenstock-Huessy, but I'm interested. Can you recommend a book? Our website is ravenfoundation(dot)org. I haven't done a vid about my personal journey. I'll have to give that some thought. I'd be interested in a speaking engagement. Do you happen to live near the Chicago area?

  • That's great! It reminds me of Jacob's ladder in, where the angels climb up and down from heaven to earth.

No problem. ^_^ It's too bad you're not a popular Chrsitian channel. :( YOU NEED MORE SUBSCRIBERS!

  • I'd say read the Old Testament in context of what happens in the New, and read the New remembering what happened in the Old and what is being fulfilled. For example, Gen11, the tower of Babel is about how you can't build a ladder to God. The Gospels are all about how God climbs down the ladder to man. Its like the old maxim: "The OT is the NT concealed, and the NT is the OT unveiled." So yea, look for profound transformations, foreshadowings, hints, support for victims etc.
