Hello there,
I was given a photovoltaic module, brand-new. Although the top resin is cracked, it works, but since I am not an expert I need your help. It's a Tyco Electronics, produces 36, 6 Volts, 7.5 Amperes at 238 Watts; it's big. Is it normal that it won't light a 12v car bulb? It lights Led bulbs though. I was thinking of using it indoor under my loft's window, it's as big as the module. What parts do I need to get it working? What size battery and inverter and other things would I need?

No, just wear safety goggles to avoid acid in the eye. At worst, just rinse the eye with water, or get an eyewash kit before you work on this stuff.
