Part 4 Jeffrey B Crane WICSD Charles Perreaud West Irondequoit at 83.3% passing

This is an update to the news letter...."the Quote", which is sent to every home in Irondequoit, provides one vital statistic that Jeff Crane and Charles Perreaud forgot to list..... We have an 83.3% on time 4 year high school graduation rate, one of the lowest in Monroe County. Enough excuses. Jeff Crane makes $206,800 plus benefits. Jeff received a gym degree and a masters from SUNY Brockpot. Do you feel it is fair that someone with such little academic background, who has taken our district down to one of the lowest graduation rates in our history, deserves to lead our faculty and children? Charles Perreaud certainly seems willing to spend $80,000,000 in building during the last 10 years and to what result? 83.3% 4 year High SchoolGraduation Rate.

Charles Perreaud was caught by the NYS Comptroller overtaxing the district by $8,000,000 last year and then wanted to add another $10,000,000 to his reserve account, in direct violation of NYSED rules.

The days of WICSD competing with Pittsford, Penfield, Fairport, HFL, Chruchville Chili and other districts are over. We actually were below EICSD (Eastridge) last year and this year we squeaked ahead of EICSD graduation rates 81% vs 83.3%..... both are pathetic.
