How often do you work out to get the built you have? I like the size I am but want to tone my arms, legs, back and waist. I have love handles I want to get rid of what do you suggest?

Anyone get definition from this? I need a new routine thanks to a new job in Washington D.C. I live in Baltimore. I have to get to the gym by 3:30 AM and do one weight training routine and would like to do 45-60 minute cardio. I have to leave the gym no later than 5:45 AM in order to catch a train.
Any advice as how get better definition would be appreciated.
For the past two years I have lost my motivation. I need to get the most from a gym visit in the least amount of time

I put on about 10 extra pounds this past fall/winter with the holidays. I am in average shape, but looking to lose that weight so I can get tone again. Is this a pretty good circuit?
Thanks for your reply Jason. Just to let you know that I do 20 minutes workout religiously every morning and that I have integrated your routine to my workout every second day, just to use a bit my dumbbells. I enjoy it! See you tomorrow!

Shasha...it is hard. Start a little slow, and take short breaks when you (absolutely) cannot sustain! It produces quick and dramatic results, if you apply yourself and stay with it. I am interested in your feedback! Where in the WORLD are you? I am in New England, USA.

Hey Tae-King!
15 is a bit heavy. If you are just beginning, I would say use NO wieght (or 16oz soup cans)....If you are advanced, try the 15's...be ready to work hard!
Keep me posted,
Jason
